Haul | A Mini Haul...

Good evening lovelies, I hope you're all well!

I wasn't going to post a haul as I really haven't bought much recently but I thought you might want to see the couple of things I have picked up.
Revlon Just Bitten Lip Stains in 001 Honey & 020 Lovesick - Boots | £5.99 each
Barry M Cappuccino Nail Paint - Boots | £2.99

I'd heard a lot about the Revlon Just Bitten Lip Stains and was eager to give them a go, I'll be popping a full review of them up soon! I saw this new Barry M shade & couldn't resist picking it up, I have a serious addiction to Barry M nail paints!
Swatches of Revlon Just Bitten Lip Stains {L} 020 Lovesick & {R} 001 Honey
Caudalie Beauty Elixir - Feel Unique | £9.90

I finally caved!
Xen Tan Dark Lotion - Feel Unique | £21.95

I've heard lots of good things about this fake tan & I can't wait to try it out tonight
3 Face Cloths - Primark | £1.50

I've been addicted to Caroline's blog Beautymouth & she highly recommends face cloths/flannels instead of muslin cloths so I picked up 2 packs in Primark.
Grey Cross Detail Crop Top - Primark | £6.00

I was recently in Primark, somewhere I can normally spend some serious moola and this is the only thing I came out with! I love the beading detail on the crosses & I can't wait to wear it with my black maxi skirt.
Bright Lights Summer Nights Top - H&M | £9.99

I had a pair of shorts that I needed to return but didn't have the receipt so swapped them for this. I fell in love with this tank top when I saw it & I think it'll look nice with so many outfits!

OOTN | Primark Playsuit...

Hello lovelies, I hope you're all fab!

So on Saturday it was my Boyfriends Mums birthday & we all headed out to the local Italian. I picked this new Primark Playsuit up in the week and thought it was a great opportuniy to wear it.
Playsuit with belt - Primark
Bag - Faux Mulberry
Wedges - New Look
Necklace - River Island

The playsuit was also available in navy and I was really attempted to pick up both colours, at £15.00 I think it's a steal!

Hope you all have a lovely week, at the moment I'm currently writing a blogger tips post so keep your eyes peeled for that later in the week.

Pre Holiday Haul...

Hello beauts, it's finally the weekend!

I leave for Turkey at 3am tomorrow morning so over the past week or so I've picked a few holiday items, I haven't bought much but I thought I'd show you what I've picked up...

Here goes!
White Hat, Primark, £4.00

I've been after a beach hat for ages & when I saw this I fell in love with it, I can't wait to wear it on the beach!
Ted Baker Bag - Bicester Village Outlet - £24.00

I've loved these bags for ages but always thought £35.00 was a little steep for what is essentially a plastic bag but when me & the boyfriend visited Bicester Village last week it was £24.00 & my lovely boyfriend treated me to it. I can't wait to use this on the beach!
Mac Hue - Bicester Village Outlet - £9.50

I've been after Hue for ages but whenever I visit my local Mac counter it's always sold out so you can image my amazement when I managed to pick it up in Bicester Village for £9.50! The outlet store itself stocks Estee Lauder, Bobbi Brown, Mac & Clarins amongst many other brands & I would certainly recommend going!
Nude Wedges - New Look - £15.00

New Look currently have 25% off all items in their holiday range, this includes bikinis, some shoes & clothes and other items. I picked these up for £15.00 down from £20.00 & thought they would be perfect for holiday as they will go with so many outfits I'm taking as I'm not taking ANY high heels, eek!
Black Peplum Top - Topshop - £24.00

I've seen so many people with this top so I'm hardly being very original but I LOVE wearing this top. It's really fitted so gives a lovely shape and the zip at the back is a lovely detail. I actually also own this in the ivory colour but it's currently in the wash for holiday, I would certainly recommend checking these out!
Striped Make Up Bag - Primark - £3.00

I was after a cheap make up bag to take on holiday and thought this was perfect. It's big enough to fit the majority of what I'll need & at the same time it's still uber cute!
Striped Make Up Bag - Primark - £2.00

I know buying 2 make up bags is a little excessive but I couldn't decide between the two and they were both super cheap so I thought why not. This actually reminds me of a similar Ted baker bag and almost matches my Ted Baker bag above. I'm using it to store my jewellery in when packing but i'm sure it'll get plenty of use when I'm back!
 False Lashes - Primark - £1.00

I've heard lots of good things about the Primark lashes so decided to pick up a couple of pairs. I haven't used these yet as I'm saving them for holiday but I'll be sure to report report back!
Gold Wing Earrings - River Island - £3.00

I mentioned these in my Wednesday Wislist and decided to pick them up as my last pre holiday treat. They look lovely and I'm sure I'll get plenty of use out of them both on holiday & back home.

So that's it, my pre holiday haul!

I'm all packed & super excited. I can't wait to get on that plane and spend a week on the beach!

Hope you all have a great weekend.

Review: Primark Candles...

Happy Friday my lovelies! I hope you all have the Friday feeling & have exciting weekends ahead!

I'm off up t'north to see the fella, I can see plenty of lounging around occuring & the new Pizza Hut pizza with a hot dog stuffed crust has my name on it! I know it sounds dirty but I can't wait to try it!

Whilst having a mooch around Primark recently I spotted these and couldn't resist buying 4!!!
 How cute are these tins?!
Strawberries & Cream, Vanilla Pod, Wild Berry and Orange & Mango.

A closer look at the candles...
Wild Berry:
This has to be my favourite candle out of the four, it smells lovely in the tin and lovely when burning. It smells super fruity and I've certainly used it the most out of the four.

Strawberries & Cream:
The candle smells lovely in the tin but sadly when burning it isn't that strong. I can faintly smell it but I wouldn't say it's obvious that it's Strawberrie's & Cream. I'll just stick to sniffing it in the tin instead!

Orange & Mango Smoothie:
This is probably my favourite smelling candle out of the four in the tin but again I don't feel that when it's burning the scent is really that powerful. I would say it's stronger than Strawberrie's & Cream but still not strong enough to really notice it.

Vanilla Pod:
This is without a doubt the strongest scented candle out of the four when burning, it engulfs the room with a gorgeous vanilla scent. The only reason I didn't pick this as my favourite is because Vanilla isn't the most exciting scent and I do prefer the Wild Berry scent over Vanilla Pod.

Overall I do like these candles but I feel they can be a little hit & miss. Some smell strong and you can really smell the scent when they are burning whereas some smell lovely in the tin but the scent just doesn't come through when burning them.

I think the tins are super cute, I know they don't exactly look expensive but they still look sweet sat on my windowsill.

The best thing about these candles has to be the price, they cost a mere £1.50 each!

These might not be on par with Yankee Candle in terms of packaging and strength of scent but if you want a good everyday candle at a fraction of the cost I would recommend trying these out, especially the Wild Berry & Vanilla Pod!

What is your favourite brand of candles?

Toodlepip,

Mint Green Bandeau Top - New Look

Earrings - New Look
Flower Ring - £5.99 & Earrings- FREE!

Will you recognise me in those flashing lights... OOTD

Hello my lovelies, I hope you're all well.
I thought I'd do a quick OOTD post & show you what I wore to work today...
Lace top - Primark
Black vest - Primark
Shorts - River Island
Belt - New Look
Tights - New look
Bracelet/cuff - Oasis
I picked this top up yesterday from Primark and I really like it! It's come out a little pinker on camera, in person it's more of a dusky pink. It feels like good quality & the button detailing is really cute, a bargain at £8!
These were my choice of footwear today, my trusty River Island court shoes. They were from last year so I'm afraid they are no longer current but RI do pretty similar styles every season.

I hope you're all having a fab week, is it too early to be thinking about the weekend already?!

My Amazing £10 Primark Bargain...

Good evening my lovelies, it's nearly Friday, YAY!!!

This is just a super quick post to show you an amazing bargain I found in my local Primark this evening.
On the hanger it looked very shapeless and dull but when I tried it on I instantly fell in love with it. It's very tight and figure hugging and as you can see it has mesh strips down the sides and mesh down the front area.

I've seen so many similar dresses to this on the highstreet for £40+ and was actually close to buying a similar one in River Island recently, I'm so glad I didn't. The dress itself is very good quality for Primark, I don't think you would know it was from there unless somebody told you!

I know it isn't exactly a 'meet the parents dress' but I think it's perfect for a night on the tiles!

Available in Primark priced at £10.00

Are you a Primani fan?
